Jeffrey is known for his commitment to excellence in design and developing high-level solutions
to complex development problems. He has always had a deep appreciation in collaborating
with other people. He started his practice in 1985 and his development company in 1988 and
together has completed over 100 architecture and development projects. Consequently, his
experience in both design, construction, and development supports an ability to provide
leadership and motivation to the entire design and development team. Through a deep
understanding of all aspects of planning, design, and construction Jeffrey contributes as a
valuable designer, leader, teacher, and motivator.
Jeffrey has provided architectural services and development solutions for a wide range of
disciples and uses including destination resorts, hotel and restaurants, high end residences,
multifamily, subdivisions, office use, and indoor cultivation facilities.
He passionately believes the foundation for developing successful project solution is great
teamwork both internally and externally. Whether it’s a Client, a Colleague, a Consultant, a
Community Member, or City Official open and honest collaboration is essential for developing
the optimal successful solution.
